Options for purchase

I have been asked many questions about the development and now list the options:

1.  Purchase the development as it is, including building licence and architects plans  - 80,000 euros. Price includes a 10000 euro credit for renewable energy if you then purchase 23500 euros of other equipment.  Price is negotiable without this option. You can then contract in the builder who has given us a price of 112,000 euros to finish both apartments.  If you want to find your own builder, or do it yourself, the price would be the same.



2.  If you wanted to purchase the apartments as they are and then have us project manage them for you, that is also an option.

3.  It is an interesting project for a builder to complete himself or for a builder to complete one apartment for us and take the other for himself in exchange.

4.   Plenty of options to rent.  Estimated income 300 euros per week per apartment in high season.  250 euros per month in low season.  The owners have many many contacts and successfully let their house in Competa for five years before selling it in May 2014. We can draw up a marketing plan for interested parties  .
